| Investing strategy |
the investing strategy of an investing company containing the information required by Schedule Two, paragraph (j), published in an AIM admission document, a circular produced pursuant to rule 15 or, in the case of a quoted applicant, in its pre-admission announcement. |
| Nominated adviser |
an adviser whose name appears on the register. |
| Notifications |
the delivery of an announcement to a Regulatory Information Service for distribution to the public. |
| Not in public hands |
AIM securities held, directly or indirectly (including via related financial product) by: (a) a related party; (b) the trustees of any employee share scheme pension fund established for the benefit of directors/employees of the applicant/AIM company (or its subsidiaries); (c) any person who under any agreement has right to nominate a person to the board of directors of the applicant/AIM company; (d) any person who is the subject of a lock-in agreement pursuant to rule 7 or otherwise; (e) the AIM company as treasury shares. |
| Significant shareholders |
a shareholder of 3% or more of any class of AIM security (excluding treasury shares). |
| Shareholders |
a holder of any legal or beneficial interest, whether direct or indirect, in an AIM security. |
